ORDERS
All orders must be pre-paid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or money order. If paying by money order, please call for availability and total order amount. Unfortunately, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
Due to new regulations and standards to protect from fraud, all credit card orders must have the same billing name and address that is on file with the card-issuing bank. All of this information must match up at the time the credit card is processed. If not, there will be a delay in shipping the order.
First time customers/orders must have the same billing and shipping address.
Orders qualifying for FREE SHIPPING will be consolidated into one shipment. This may delay shipping slightly. Any item on back order will not be shipped at the time of order.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please refer to our online catalog for current pricing. Pricing does not include shipping unless listed or order total is $150.00 or more. We apologize for any discrepancies caused by typographical errors and reserve the right to correct them at any time. We are not obligated to sell items at mis-marked prices. We make every effort to avoid these errors.
AVAILABILITY
All available items on orders received will be shipped. If an item is on back order you will be notified by e-mail or phone of the estimated time of arrival.
BACKORDERS
All item(s) placed on backorder will ship upon availability, unless cancelled prior. There is no time limit on backorders. All backorder cancellations must be done by e-mail for a record of proof and time.
SPECIAL ORDERS
All special order items are to be paid in full at the time of ordering. Allow up to 14 days shipping time on all special order items. Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped within 24 - 72 hours. Every effort will be made to ship an order the same day it is received. Our shipping warehouse is located in CA.
Free shipping offers are shipped by UPS Ground only. This offer applies to the continental United States only.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Higher rates apply for air shipment. Please call or e-mail sales@santaclaracycle.com for these rates.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all processed orders upon cancellation. Orders can be cancelled by e-mail or phone. However, if the order has already shipped, there is nothing further that can be done.
All items marked as CLOSEOUT cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
INVOICE
Once an order is submitted, an order confirmation will be e-mailed to you including your customer number, order number and a summary of your order. Please retain this for your records until your order arrives.
Once the order is processed, it will be shipped with an invoice included. This will be the final paperwork to retain for your records. In the event of a return or exchange, you will need to include a copy of the invoice with the shipment.
TRACKING NUMBERS
Once your order has been shipped, a UPS tracking number will be on file. You may call or email us for your tracking number.

If you would like to know how long it will take to receive your order, please refer to the UPS Ground delivery time map. This map is based on delivery time from our CA warehouse.
CLAIMS
If an item arrives damaged, please phone or e-mail us at sales@santaclaracycle.com immediately for information regarding the procedure to be followed. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. DO NOT return the item until instructed to do so.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All items returned must have a " Return Authorization " or " RA " number. To obtain an RA number, please call us at (408) 730-0600. Once issued, this RA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the box or it will be refused. Please return item(s) ASAP as all RA numbers are valid for 15 days. All returns/exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
Be sure to include a copy of your invoice and write the reason for each returned/exchanged item. Return freight must be paid by the customer. On each non-defective item returned for refund instead of exchange there will be a 10% return fee.
There is no return fee on an item returned for an exchange. Instead of normal shipping fees, a reshipment fee of $ 8.50 will be charged. Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 15 days of receipt date in original and unused condition (unless defective). Excessive delay in returning an item may result in a 20% return fee.
All items marked as CLOSEOUT cannot be returned or exchanged. No returns of any kind are allowed on electrical parts/itmes. Please be aware of this when ordering.
All items returned must be unused and in their complete original packaging with all manuals, hangtags, bags and any other materials that were originally shipped with the item(s). Helmets must be wrapped with their original protective covering inside the helmets original factory box. All items sent back for return or exchange must be shipped in corrugated over pack (cardboard box) so that no damage occurs to the item being returned or exchanged. Any item returned that is damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted. DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO US C.O.D. Our warehouse will not accept any C.O.D. shipments.
WARRANTY
Santa Clara Cycle Accessories disclaims any warranty, expressed or implied, on the products we sell. Any and all warranties are solely and completely the responsibility of the manufacturer.
If possible, we will replace the item if found defective by working with the distributor and/or manufacturer. This will depend on their level of cooperation and/or policies with that company. There will be a reshipment fee of $ 8.50 to return the item in question or the new replacement item.
LIABILITY
The purchaser of any product releases Santa Clara Cycle Accessories from any and all liabilities, including losses of any kind whatsoever relating to such purchase and to the use of those products.
Such purchasers shall hold Santa Clara Cycle Accessories harmless and indemnify Santa Clara Cycle Accessories in the event of a loss which occurs from the use of such products. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any product may increase the risk of injury or accident.
ERRORS
Santa Clara Cycle Accessories assumes no liability for errors in part numbers, pricing or specifications. Santa Clara Cycle Accessories reserves the right to change products, descriptions, prices and applications at any time without notice and with no further obligation.
